We have two ways to submit via Paypal because sometimes contact forms go down. To make sure you make the deadline, we have created alternative ways to submit.
Please try option #1 first and if it doesn't work, try option #2, and if all else fails go ahead with #3 which has extra steps to it. The first 2 are Java-embedded scripts so if you have the Java turned off on your browser, you may not be able to complete it. The third option is an html script.
