The Dog Show hits Long Beach this weekend showing all the glorious purebred dogs. They are beautiful, they are the Best in Show. But there are even more beautiful, to the heart, dogs who are overlooked; the rescued dog. This exhibit will be taking place at the same time as the big Eukanuba National Championship Dog Show at the Long Beach Convention Center. Go see the Best in Show, and then come see the Rest in Show.
Fine Art Photographer and dog lover Linnea Lenkus will display her collection of rescued dogs to make your hearts melt. Other dog photographers are welcome to submit to hang their rescue photography alongside Lenkus' dog portraits. A portion of proceeds from print sales will be donated to local animal shelters. Come, have a glass of wine, and listen to the stories of good people and good dogs.
